We provide creative and marketing services including website design, logo creation, video production and editing, social media management, and marketing strategy support.
2. How does the process work after I place an order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an intake form to submit all project details and any files we need. After that, we’ll begin your project and keep you updated through email until delivery.
3. How long will it take to receive my completed project?
Turnaround time depends on the type of service:
Small projects (like logos or short edits): 3–5 business days.
Full website builds or marketing campaigns: 7–14 business days.
We’ll always provide a delivery estimate before starting.
4. How do I receive my completed files?
All projects are delivered digitally — either through email, Google Drive, or a secure download link. You’ll also receive a confirmation once your files are ready.
5. What if I want changes after delivery?
Each service includes a set number of revisions (listed in your package details). You can request revisions within 7 days of delivery. Extra revisions outside the package may include a small additional fee.
6. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available only if the project has not yet started. Once work has begun or files have been delivered, refunds aren’t available due to the nature of digital services. However, we always offer one free revision to make sure you’re satisfied.
7. Can I request a custom package or quote?
Absolutely. If you don’t see a package that fits your needs, contact us directly with your project details and we’ll create a custom plan that fits your goals and budget.
8. What’s the difference between your sample and full services?
Our sample packages give you a small preview of our work — a simplified version of our full services — so you can experience the quality before committing to a larger project.
9. How do I schedule a consultation?
You can book a consultation directly through our website under “Appointments” Choose a time that works for you, and we’ll meet online to discuss your goals.
