At KBAM MEDIA, our “service delivery” refers to the digital delivery of services such as video production, design work, marketing support, and other creative services purchased through our website. This policy explains how we handle project timelines, file delivery, and communication.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
Each project begins once payment and required materials (e.g., files, forms, or client details) have been received.
Standard delivery for most services ranges from 3–10 business days, depending on project type and workload.
Larger or custom projects may take longer; estimated delivery times will be provided during consultation or at checkout.
2. Delivery Method
All services and deliverables are sent digitally via email, shared Google Drive folder, or a secure download link.
Clients will receive an email confirmation once their project is complete, including links to view or download the final work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, files, and instructions before work begins.
Delays in communication or missing assets may extend delivery timelines.
Please review your order carefully before confirming, as digital services cannot be “returned.”
4. Revisions & Updates
Each service includes a specific number of revisions (see your package details).
Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise.
Additional revisions or changes beyond the included scope may incur extra charges.
5. Missed Deadlines
We strive to meet all agreed delivery timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, delayed feedback, or incomplete materials) may cause minor extensions. We will always communicate delays promptly.
