1. Digital Services

Digital services include design work, video editing, marketing strategy, and other creative or consulting services provided through our site.

  • Once a project has been started or digital materials have been delivered, refunds are not available, as time and creative labor have already been invested.

  • If the service has not yet begun (no work or materials delivered), a full refund can be issued upon written request within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Physical Products (if applicable)

If you offer merchandise or tangible products (like printed materials or apparel):

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items, promotional services, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Any project or service that has already been completed and approved is final.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. After this time, work may have begun and cancellation may not be possible.
